Mobile Ticketing

Accessing Mobile Tickets

Welcome to York United FC’s mobile tickets instructions page.

See below for detailed instructions on each step of accessing, downloading and using your mobile tickets.

Accessing Account Manager

Step 1: Go to York United Account Manager

Step 2: Login or Sign up

                              • Click on the USER ICON in the top right corner
                              • SIGN IN using your email address or SIGN UP if you are new to Ticketmaster
                              • Click “FORGOT PASSWORD”  to reset your password

Step 3: Finding your tickets

                              • Click on the MENU button in the top left (three lines)
                              • Go to “MY EVENTS”
                              • Find your upcoming match tickets

Step 4: Accessing a match ticket and Add Ticket to your Apple Wallet/Google Pay

                              • Find your desired match and click on the event*
                              • Find your Live Barcode for your match ticket**
                              • It is recommended that you add the tickets to your mobile device
                              • (iPhone): Click ADD TO WALLET
                                Android): Click SAVE TO PHONE
                              • (iPhone): Once added, you can open it in the Apple Wallet app on match day to scan.
                                (Android): Once added, you can open it in the Google Pay app on match day to scan.

* If you have guests and have multiple tickets in your account, simply swipe to navigate between them.
** Please note, a screenshot of your ticket or printed copy will not work.


Transferring Your Tickets

Step 1: Once logged in, select the game you wish to forward.

Step 2: Click the “TRANSFER” button and select the seats you wish to forward. Then click the “TRANSFER TO” button.

Step 3: Select whether you want to select the person you are transferring the tickets to from your contacts, or manually enter their info.

Step 4: Enter the info of the person you would like to send the tickets to then click the “TRANSFER TICKETS” button.

Step 5: To cancel this action, select “CANCEL TRANSFER” to deactivate the offer.


Reselling your tickets

Step 1: Once logged in, select the game you wish to resell.

Step 2: Click the “SELL” button and select the seats you wish to sell. Then click the “SELL” button.

Step 3: Enter the price that you wish to resell your tickets for. Then press “SUBMIT”.

Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen and fill out your info and select “SUBMIT LISTING”.
